Seagate ST3750640CB-RK External 750GB Hard Drive
Strengths: Huge capacity, easy to use push button back up drive
Weakness: None
I do a lot of digital video and photography so I need huge external HDD and this unit does not dissapoint. It has no problem working with my desktop and i am able to retrive my files quickly with no interuption. I can also connect and remove the drive without restarting my computer. And finally, it runs much cooler than any other hdd i ever owned.

Seagate ST3750640CB-RK External 750GB HardDrive
Strengths: Fast and reliable
Weakness: large size and external power supply
This is an excellent hard drive. The most important thing is that it works as advertised. It is virtually silent. The only thing I don't like is that it uses an external power supply with a transformer. I wish they could have included the transformer in the drive enclosure. Firewire 800 would also be a nice addition.
